Visual Knowledge Base Editor

The visual knowledge base editor is a software module that provides a cognitive scientist with the ability to create knowledge bases in an interactive mode.

The editor includes knowledge representation language templates (products, frames), hints and other service tools that make it easier to work with the database.
In the "KARKAS" system, production and frame templates are located in a text file with the extension pattern.knb (knowledge base). The presence of this file is mandatory, since the input of rules, frames and meta-rules is carried out using the specified templates by filling them and then copying them into new products and frames. It is recommended that when filling the knowledge base, write it to different files; bank1.knb, …, bankN.knb, which will ensure that working versions of the knowledge base are preserved.
